The Flames played two games this weekend Saturday saw us take on the Kings in a close match.  Our team really played well as a team, however we didn’t win but none the less everybody can be proud of their hard work. The 3”C”s were Owen Costa #3, Joshua Philip #5, and Liam McCallum Way to go guys. Today the 3”C”s were awarded to the whole team, I would have to say that #4 Peyton Bruni was really on fire today, he tried extra hard knowing Zach wasn’t there.
Today was a close match for the most of the game we seemed to relax a little when we got up on the Leafs, not a team to discount they have a lot of good shooters, our team did play really hard today it seemed like everybody was really topped up on energy (must be something in the Golden Wok food) Zach McGinnis was not here today which was unfortunate,I think Ryan missed Zach's persistence. He did have some extra help from Preston Bruni on Saturday knocking the loose puck away saving a goal. Today Jason Pham laid down and blocked a couple of shots. It’s like having two goalie sticks. Josh Philip missed a couple of beauties, I’m sure Josh will go on a scoring spree next week. Keep firing the puck Josh eventually you’ll wear the goalie down.
